    The Human Resources Coordinator / HRC supports the Human Resources Director (HRD) in all assistant and coordinator functions. This position performs other related duties as assigned or requested and is a non-exempt position. Here are a few but not all the job responsibilities assigned to the HRC position.


    The HRC will:

    • Assist in the maintenance and update of all current job listings of open positions
    • Prepare new hire packets, ensures that required forms are completed, and introduces newly hired employees to hospital policies
    • Schedule pre-employment health screenings for new staff
    • Coordinate and prepares slides and packets for New Employee Orientation as needed along with the Human Resources Director to accommodate staffing needs by conducting one-on-one orientation and monthly New Hire Orientation.
    • Assist in the administration and maintenance of the education database
    • Assist in the monitoring of Human Resources policies and procedures. Notifies Human Resources Director when hiring policy and pay structure not followed
    • Assist in the preparation, planning, and coordination of employee recognition events
    • Assist with enrollment of employees in benefits programs as they become eligible
    • Assist the HRD with annual enrollment activities to notify employees of changes in benefit programs
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Human Resources Director





    The HRC Must:

    • Have a High school diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree is highly desired
    • Be skilled in Microsoft office products such as word, Excel and Power Point.
    • Have at least 2 years Human Resources Experience, Hospital experience is preferred
    • Maintain the highest level of customer service via courtesy, compassion and positive communication.
    • Promote the Mission and Vision of Post-Acute Medical within the work environment and the community.
    • Respect dignity and confidentiality by adherence to all applicable policies and procedures.
