    Cardiopulmonary Manager 

    FT Days


     The Cardiopulmonary Manager:

    • Provides direction and supervision to hospital and outpatient staff regarding Respiratory Therapy consistent with the standards and guidelines set forth by the American Association of Respiratory Care and National Board of Respiratory Care
    • Assures that the educational needs of all levels of respiratory staff are met
    • Focuses on staffing and assignments, performance evaluation, clinical and administrative decision-making related to respiratory care and laboratory procedures, and continuous performance improvement


     The Cardiopulmonary Manager should have the following qualifications:

    • Licensed by the Department of Health to practice respiratory care in the state in which the facility resides
    • Have and maintain CPR and ACLS certifications
    • Minimum of three years experience in cardiopulmonary activities and one year experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred
