In this role, you'll be serving as a resource for management and a champion for employees at the facility.  As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources policies, programs, and practices within the assigned facility/facilities and will be called upon to make significant human resource decisions within the facility.


    While the true depth of this position's responsibilities extend beyond a basic job description, we can assure you that working in our facility will provide you with ample opportunity to grow your skill set provide your team with a trusted source in the Human Resources department.


    In order to work at our facility, a Human Resources Business Partner needs:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; extensive related HR experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
    • To have 3-5 years of related experience with progressive responsibilities within the human resource function.
    • To have a strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and applicable labor laws.
    • The ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
    • To be organized with task and project prioritizing and maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities.
    • To have the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and provide demonstrable experience with employee relations

    A few things that aren't required, but we would prefer:

    • Having prior experience in a healthcare environment
    • Have a PHR or SPHR certification or equivalent
