The Therapy Team Lead is responsible for therapy department management, delivery, and coordination of services provided in an age-appropriate manner, consistent with the principles and practices of applicable therapy practice acts of the state where the hospital resides, the professional code of ethics, and the policies, procedures and guidelines of Post Acute Medical. The Therapy Team Lead assists the Director of Rehab in therapy department/administrative responsibilities and other related duties as assigned or requested to a maximum of 30% administrative time. The Therapy Team Lead is responsible for direct patient care for the population served in the inpatient or outpatient therapy setting(s).
Education and Training: Current license as PT, OTR, SLP, PTA OR COTA in state where hospital resides required. Current BLS certification required.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical/patient care experience re. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
